Norm Anderson CEO of CG-LA Infrastructure and Special Advisor to the Trump Administration. As President & CEO, Norman F. Anderson focuses on infrastructure project creation, aimed at increasing the level of infrastructure investment, and the performance of existing infrastructure stocks, in developed and developing countries alike. He has overseen the development and execution of CG/LA’s proprietary analytic models, including: The Global, Latin American and now US Annual Infrastructure Capacity Rankings; The “Eight Criteria for Assessing a Country’s Infrastructure Capacity,” and CG/LA’s 5 year (through 2015) and 20 year (through 2030) infrastructure demand models.

Richard Windsor CEO of Radio Free Mobile Radio Free Mobile is a research company that specializes in the digital mobile ecosystem. Richard was a sell side equity analyst for 16 years and since 2012 he has set up his own independent research company called Radio Free Mobile. RFM's research is mostly purchased by the C-suite of large technology companies. RFM counts IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Qualcomm, MediaTek, SoftBank, NTTDoCoMo, Telia, Accenture and others among its research subscribers.

During Richard's 11 years at Nomura Securities, Richard focused on the equity coverage of the Global Technology sector in Equities. For the first 8 years he covered Global Telecom Equipment as a lead analyst and included Nokia, Motorola, Lucent, Qualcomm, Ericsson, Filtronic, Alcatel-Lucent among his company coverage.
